This massive project consisted of a 300,000 SF shell build out of corporate offices, restrooms, meeting rooms and lunch room. Subsequent phases included the addition of an elevator lobby plus renovation of the clients call center, manufacturing and lab space. Some unique obstacles our team overcame was a quick start and an extremely fast paced schedule. Working together with vendors and suppliers, we were able to deliver this project in record time.
